St. Albert RCMP seek public assistance to identify male suspect who solicited minors for sex
On June 26, 2024 at approximately 9:00 pm, two 15-year-old females were in the parking lot at Mission Ridge Shopping Centre on McKinney Avenue when an unknown adult male approached the females, asking them if they wanted to do drugs and have sex with him.
The female youths got scared so they walked over to their 14-year-old male friend and told him what happened. The male friend confronted the suspect who then punched the youth in the face. An adult civilian attempted to intervene but the suspect fled the area.
The suspect was described as:
- Male
- Light skinned
- Slim build
- 5’10” tall
- 25-30 years old
- Black hair and moustache
- Wearing a black hoodie and black shorts
St. Albert RCMP are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the suspect responsible.
