Enoch RCMP charge male after taxi cab robbery
On June 6, 2024, approximately 4:00 a.m. Enoch Alberta RCMP responded to a robbery of a taxi cab driver at a residence in Enoch. During the course of the robbery the driver was stabbed causing minor injuries to his arm.
On Aug. 13, 2024, as a result of the investigation, Kelsey Crate, a 37-year-old male resident of Enoch was arrested and charged with:
- Robbery
- Assault with a weapon
- Uttering threats
Crate was taken before a justice of the peace and remanded into custody with his next court date set for Aug. 14, 2024, at the Alberta Court of Justice in Stony Plain.
